The Golden Tower, Groninger Museum

Founded in 1894, Groninger’s museum of contemporary art caused quite a stir with its radically new building in 1994, thanks to such colourful and distinctive designs as The Golden Tower. Designed by Alessandro Mendini, it contains the entrance to the museum and is decorated in these striking colours.
